Ben’s close up style requires no previous organising, no staging (unless required!) or sound checks so nothing can go wrong, with just a few everyday items and some spectators Ben can create wonder and astonishment amongst everyone.
Ben has been lucky enough to have been booked in some amazing places and has been required to perform many times abroad in fantastic places such as Las Vegas, Madrid, Paris and Ireland working with companies on launch nights, charity nights and company and client parties.
In addition to performing Ben is also respected by his peers worldwide as a creative talent inventing close up illusions and routines that are used by many working magicians worldwide. These effects recently resulted in him being invited for a private meeting to demonstrate his effects to David Blaine at Blackpool Magic Convention 09.
Ben has also performed for a Virgin Media promotion that was screened over the Virgin Media channels, you can watch this on the media page. Also if you watch closely in the movie Magicians featuring famous comedy duo Mitchell and Webb you will see Ben performing at the magic convention. In addition Ben also featured on a DVD entitled ever So Sleightly with fellow magicians Paul Zenon and Joe Pasquale. Ben has also been requested to use his wealth of knowledge within magic to help out as a consultant for upcoming magic shows for TV.
